FAD broke loose on unknown date and was spotted approx 1 km NW of Turtle Bay Resort (21.712, -158.009) on 11/29. retrieved by M. Mohler from offshore of Turtle Bay on 2022-12-02. Mooring rode intact from buoy to shackle at end of chain. Suspected broken off at splice. Receiver body may need replacement.
